I led design for website revamp, branding, other graphic materials & digital marketing on instagram of 2.2k+ following.
SOCIAL MEDIA DESIGN
My main focus was to increase our brand's exposure & conversion by creating some interacting stories, posts & gathering customers' feedback to enhance our marketing strategy. I also collaborated with a local influencer on Instagram to boost visibility & drive sales to store.
WEBSITE REVAMP
After reviewing the previous website, I noticed that the information architecture, structure & website responsiveness were not well-developed, potentially impacting user experience.

GOAL
I prioritized defining the key action we want website visitors to take:
1. Ordering online directly from a 3rd-party online platform.
2. Seeking for key information, such as menu, location, opening hours & contact.

SOLUTION
To enhance user interaction, I focused on making the "ORDER NOW" call-to-action button more prominent & consistently positioned on the top-right corner across all pages. Additionally, I optimized the navigation bar by strategically placing the Menu & Location sections for easy access, streamlining user experience & ensuring efficient navigation.
To maintain a consistent brand image, the usage of photo & message is crucial especially for landing page, which can help reducing the interest of potential visitors.
